Warranty Returns Process for Sensoric Products

For returning Sensoric products, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Before returning the products, please request a unique RMA number in the first instance by e-mailing us at sales_europe@citytech.com
  2. Upon receipt of the number, please ship the products to our Bonn facility (full address below) stating both the RMA number and the reason for return; this will aid in our investigations and reduce the total turnaround time
  3. We will aim to test all returns and report our findings to you within 7 working days
  4. Credit or replacement orders will be raised within a further 7 working days

Should you require a full test report on the returned product then please state this along with the RMA number. Please note that test reports may be subject to an extended response time to allow for the necessary testing to be completed.
