Warranty Returns Process for City & Sixth Sense Products
For returning City or Sixth Sense products, please follow these simple steps:
- Before returning the products, please download a copy of our RMA form by clicking here
- Once downloaded, please fill in all the yellow highlighted sections of the form, and e-mail the completed form to returns@citytech.com
- Once sent, you can ship the products you wish to return along with the completed RMA form. Please note that you do not have to wait for an RMA number before shipping products
- Upon receiving the products, we will issue you an RMA number as acknowledgement of receipt, noting any discrepancies between form and product, within 24 hours
- We aim to test all returns and report our findings to you within 7 working days; a disposition note will be sent to you detailing our findings and our actions
- Any credit or replacement notification will be sent within a further 4 working days
Should you require a full test report on the returned product then please state this in the RMA form. Please note that test reports may be subject to an extended response time to allow for the necessary testing to be completed.
