For an out of hours (CET) service once LSD has closed for the day, if you are in Asia Pacific or United States, you can also contact our local sales offices for assistance. Our aim is to complete all investigations at City Technology Ltd and process the credit note if applicable within one calendar month of receipt of a complete RMA form and sensors.
